Another midweek special!
I was getting asked at work why I hadn’t brought any cakes in recently, it’s because ive been busy making gift cakes, so tonight I decided to put together a little batch to take in tomorrow!
These are cherry coca cola chocolate cakes with cherry jam filling and Swiss meringue vanilla topping, finished off with grated chocolate, a sprinkling of glitter and a real cherry on top!
